Team
A higher level of professionalism.
Our staff includes
experts in operations, consulting, investment banking,
and finance. We've invested over several business cycles
and appreciate the importance of patient investing. Our
culture, which values development of collective investment
judgment, is instrumental in attracting and retaining
key personnel.
The expertise of our
investment staff enables us to serve as value-adding resources
to our portfolio companies. We are not operating managers;
nor do we intend to be. We provide analytic and investment
expertise to evaluate significant operating and investment
decisions, such as capital investment, acquisitions, or
entrance into new markets.
We play a supportic
role, assisting in strategic planning and focusing on long-term
growth initiatives for each portfolio company. We encourage
thoughtful organizational development and actively assist
in recruiting key hires.
